Private yoga sessions tailored to your specific needs.

These sessions can be just for you, or a small group of friends (max. 5 with current guidelines). If you have never done yoga before, we will start by exploring fundamental yoga philosophy, breathing practices and yoga postures (asanas) – focused on the best alignment for your body.

If you already practice yoga (whether for months or years) then we can tailor each class to work on your specific goals.

What are you looking to achieve?

This could be ANYTHING; from injury recovery to athletic recovery. From working on specific groups of postures to helping improve imbalances in your body. This could be starting a daily meditation practice or learning more about fundamental yoga philosophy. No rush, no pressure and no minimum booking required!

Although we are all lucky enough to have easier access to an abundance of group yoga classes, traditionally yoga was shared from one teacher to one student. Allowing the student to develop and progress at their own pace in the safest and most suitable way for them.

Why should I book a 1:1 / private yoga class?

  • If you are a beginner and would like to set yourself up with the basics / fundamental postures so you feel more confident in group classes
  • If you’d like to build on, and develop your existing practice, working on alignment and developing individual asanas
  • If you’d like to work on breathing techniques, relaxation, meditation and yoga philosophy
  • If you’d like to learn how to manage injuries during your yoga practise
