WEEKEND YOGA RETREATS IN BATH

Join me for a weekend Yoga retreat at the gorgeous Lower Rudlow Farm, set in an idyllic English countryside location, overlooking Box Valley with the By Brook river running through it – but only 8 miles from Bath city centre. We will stay in beautifully restored cabin style rooms, used to be the original dairy on the farm. We have a spacious, separate yoga room set away from the main house and bedrooms, as well as a gorgeous dining room set off the farm house, next to the kitchen where all our delicious food is prepared.

YOGA

Gorgeous yoga space at T's Farm, More Balanced Living Bath Retreat

Practice morning and evening yoga and meditation in our gorgeous secluded Yoga

room. We’ll start each morning with meditation session, followed by a 90-min Yin & Yang yoga flow class – a mixture of slower held postures and some dynamic movement linked to breath.
A chance to unplug from your everyday life and re-connect with how your body feels and moves. Classes are suitable for all levels, please let me know if you have any acute or chronic injuries.

THE VENUE

T’s B&B, Lower Rudloe Farm is equipped with 4 super-comfortable (& gorgeous!)

bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and lovely outdoor tables where you can enjoy a morning tea or coffee.

We have a communal dining room and chill out area as well as our dedicated yoga space…and miles (and miles!) of rolling hills and fields to explore.

THE FOOD

We will all eat together in the farmhouse dining room, or out in the garden (weather permitting!). All food is lovingly home-made and prepared onsite by our amazing hosts Dave and Caro. The food is just delicious – all our guests have LOVED it.

Breakfast: After morning yoga, we’ll feast on a delicious spread; home-made Bircher muesli, home-made chia seed pudding – served with home-made yoghurt and compote’s. home made bread, museli and granola at More Balanced Living Retreats in BathFreshly baked bread served with home-made jams, along side eggs of the day. The perfect meal post yoga, to set you up for a day of exploring or relaxing.

Yummy homemade soup lunch on More Balanced Living Retreats, Bath

Lunch: Served on Saturday, at the farm. In 2018, we have listened to previous guests and have adapted the menu slightly. We will serve a light lunch of soup or salad, as in the past we have just been too full after the post yoga breakfast feast! Our lunch menu changes depending on season and the produce available on the farm – your taste buds (and eyes) will be delighted with – things like – fresh tomato soup, raw courgette, carrot & avocado salad, tomato and mozzarella salad and home-baked fresh focaccia.

Dinner: Post Yin Yoga and Nidra and an afternoon spent relaxing – surprisingly you’ll be hungry for more of Caro & T’s outstanding food. Each retreat menu is different, but look forward to delicious platters of vegetables and mouth-watering flavours. Example of the yummy food at More Balanced Living Bath RetreatsSlow roasted tomato and butternut squash and a nutty dressing, aubergine roasted in black garlic (OMG!), home-made falafel and tabbouleh salad – all topped off with baked rhubarb and apple topped with a light nut crumble and more of their delicious home-made yoghurt. Wine and beer is available to purchase with dinner.

All food is prepared in Caro & T’s family kitchen so we are unable to accommodate severe nut or gluten allergies, but please get in touch if you have specific dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate.
