WEEKEND YOGA RETREATS IN BATH
Join me for a weekend Yoga retreat at the gorgeous Lower Rudlow Farm. Set in an idyllic English countryside location, overlooking Box Valley with the By Brook river running through, but only 8 miles from Bath city centre.
Bedrooms are warm and cosy, all with an individual stylish design. We will practice yoga in a beautifully restored barn with views across the valley and enjoy our meals in the main farmhouse dinning room. The food, prepared onsite with so much love and care, is some of the best I have ever eaten!

Practice morning and evening yoga and meditation in a beautiful restored barn, with huge windows to gaze out at the beautiful rolling green valley. We’ll start each morning with a 2-hour Yin & Yang yoga flow class – a mixture of slower held postures and some dynamic movement linked to breath, with time for meditation and reflection. We’ll end the day with a Restorative Yin Yoga practice. A chance to unplug from your everyday life and re-connect with how your body feels and moves. Classes are suitable for all levels, but please do let me know if you have any acute or chronic injuries.
T’s B&B, Lower Rudloe Farm is equipped with a mixture of super-comfortable (& gorgeous!) bedrooms, some with en-suite bathrooms. Some can be shared as a couple, or with a friend. Some are suitable for 3 or 4 friends. We have limited 2 or 3 rooms that can be single occupancy rooms depending on bookings. We have a communal dining room and chill out area as well as our dedicated yoga space…and miles (and miles!) of rolling hills and fields to explore.
We will all eat together in the farmhouse dining room, or out in the garden (weather permitting!). All food is lovingly home-made and prepared onsite by our amazing hosts David and Caro. The food is just delicious – all our guests have LOVED it.
Pre Yoga Freshly made juice, alongside homemade yoghurt & granola, and fresh fruit will be available for anyone who wants a snack before our morning practice.
Brunch: After yoga feast on a delicious family brunch; home-made Bircher muesli served with home-made yoghurt and compote’s. Freshly baked bread, eggs of the day, mushrooms, spinach or baked tomatoes. The perfect meal for a day exploring or relaxing.
Dinner: After an afternoon walking and relaxing, and a Restorative Yin Yoga class – you’ll be hungry for more of David and Caro’s outstanding food. The evening meals are created based on foods that are in season, look forward to delicious platters of vegetables, breads and dips – utterly mouth-watering flavours. Slow roasted tomato and butternut squash and a nutty dressing, aubergine roasted in black garlic (OMG!), home-made falafel and tabbouleh salad – all topped off with baked rhubarb and apple topped with a light nut crumble and more of their delicious home-made yoghurt. Wine and beer is available to purchase with dinner.
All food is prepared in a family kitchen so we cannot accommodate severe nut or gluten allergies. Please get in touch if you have specific dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate.
