WHAT STYLES OF YOGA CAN WE INCLUDE…

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

The perfect style of yoga to get your blood pumping and leave you feeling invigorated and ready for an evening out celebrating!

The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” In our vinyasa (flow) yoga classes, we will coordinate each movement with breath. Flowing from one pose to the next. Flow yoga is an umbrella term for many of the more popular and well known yoga styles – Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Power Yoga and more – all these Yoga styles link movement to breath.

Yin Yoga

The perfect style of yoga to relax & restore weary bodies post travelling (or partying)! These classes will leave you feeling zen. Ready for an evening out celebrating or your homeward journey!

These classes consist of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body — the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues and yin yoga works to unstick the connective tissues that can get very stuck due to lifestyle, injury or stress.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra can be translated to mean “Yogic Sleep” and a 30min practice is said to have the same benefits as 4 HOURS of regular sleep. What’s not to love! Perfect at anytime on a Hen Day or Weekend – it’s said to be especially powerful mid-afternoon, so it’s the perfect pick up in between daytime and nighttime hen activities!

Yoga nidra is the state of dynamic sleep. In this meditation practice we learn to relax consciously. It’s a systematic method used to create deep and complete relaxation physically, mentally & spiritually.
